Shipping Policy

We offer competitive delivery charges to ensure your orders reach you safely and affordably:

• ✓FREE Delivery: On orders of Rs. 5,000 or above
• ✓Within Karachi: Rs. 250 delivery charges
• ✓Outside Karachi: Rs. 420 delivery charges

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call within 48 hours to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment.

Please note that online payment processing can take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided.

If you have made an advance online payment and the ordered item(s) are out of stock, or the requested size/color is unavailable, we will:

• 1.Contact you via email or phone to inform you about the unavailability
• 2.Offer you alternative products with different sizes or colors
• 3.If you don't want a replacement and prefer a refund, our team will process your full refund within 48 hours

If the item(s) in your Cash on Delivery (COD) order are out of stock in our warehouse, we will:

• 1.Contact you via phone or email to inform you about the unavailability
• 2.Ship only the available article(s) from your order, or
• 3.Ask for your confirmation if you would like alternative products with different sizes or colors
• 4.Cancel the unavailable items if you don't want a replacement

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery timelines are:
